Our story
Borbála Kovács started experimenting with candle-making in her Budapest apartment in 2019. It wasn't meant to be a business — she was simply looking for what so many perfumes and scented candles promised but rarely delivered: a real, complex, natural scent.
Today, every Forest Silence candle is made in the same small workshop, with the same ingredients. We haven't changed the recipe — only the batch sizes, carefully.
We work in limited batches because quality doesn't scale.
